Paleo Fudge with Strawberries on Top!

I absolutely love fudge but rarely eat it because of the sugar and cals. Fortunately, I have found a healthy alternative that tastes just like fudge! This paleo fudge is low in sugar and high in protein.


½ cup organic coconut oil

¾ cup cacao powder

¾ cup almond butter

⅓ cup agave (my favorite)

1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract

⅛ teaspoon sea salt

1//3 cup diced fresh strawberries


  1. Line a small baking pan with foil – a small pan is best
  2. Melt coconut oil in a saucepan over medium – should take about a minute or two
  3. Mix in almond butter, agave, cacao powder, vanilla extract and salt until smooth
  4. Pour into the pan and even it out. Add the strawberries evenly on top. Refrigerate until firm – about 3 hours
  5. Add almond butter drizzle (optional) and enjoy!
