Banana Bread
Guilt free bread is the best kind of bread! This banana bread is gluten free, paleo, Whole30 approved, gluten free low carb and actually tastes good! I promise! One of the reasons I love this bread so much is because you can have it any time of the day; breakfast, snack or dessert. 

Ingredients:

3 medium bananas

1/2 cup of almond butter

2 eggs

1 tablespoon of agave

1 teaspoon of organic vanilla extract

1 cup of almond flour

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of organic cinnamon

1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips

 

Nut spinkles (processed honey roasted peanuts) and cocoa chips for toppings

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray loaf pan2. Mix bananas, almond butter, eggs in a food processor
  2. Add almond flour, baking soda and cinnamon and process
  3. Pour mix into loaf pan and add in chocolate ships and mix well
  4. Sprinkle on toppings (do not mix)
  5. Bake in oven for 40 minutes
