No-Bake Almond Butter Cookie – Only 4 Ingredients!

almond butter balls I have a sweet tooth so I am always looking for new healthy recipes. Ideally, recipes that don’t require baking and fewer the ingedients the better. We, that’s what we have here, no-bake almond butter cookie with only 4 ingredients! The ingredient combination is amazing and seriously, how can you lose with 4 ingredients?! Trust me, these are a must make.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup of Classic Almond Butter by Justin’s

2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract

1/2 cup Bob’s RedMill Almond Flower

5 tbs Agave In The Raw Sweetener

Directions: 

In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine almond butter, vanilla extract, almond flower and agave until smooth 

Place in the mixture in the freezer for about 15 minutes

Remove and make spoon sized balls (hint: add a tsp of almond milk if the mixture is too dry). I also added honey roasted nut and coconut sprinkles.

You can eat right away or store in the fridge- enjoy!
