As I am sure you know, chia seeds are packed with essential vitamins. They are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids which raises our good cholesterol (HDL) that protects against heart attack and stroke.  They also contain generous amounts of fiber, antioxidants, iron, and calcium, as well as protein. A super easy way to get your chia fix, is chia pudding.

Ingredients: 

Directions: 

  1. Mix together chia seeds, milk, yogurt, agave in a bowl that has a lid.
  2. Let the pudding sit overnight.
  3.  When ready to eat, add berries and enjoy!
