You know what’s an amazing feeling? When your breakfast is all ready for you when you wake up!
1/3 cup almond milk
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup greek yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flax seeds
Your choice of toppings. I went with blueberries, blackberries, a scoop of almond butter and a few spinkles of nuts and coconut.
Add the milk, oats, yogurt, chia and flax seeds to a jar or container and stir. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours. Wake up and enjoy!
