Who else is starving for a snack at 3PM?! If you’re like me, you need a snack our your hangry side will come out. Healthy no bake oat balls to the rescue! Recipes where you throw everything in a bowl are my favorite! All you need is: rolled oats, almond butter, agave, shredded coconut, vanilla extract and chocolate chips of course! 1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond butter
1/3 cup agave
1/3 cup milled flax seed
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
- Put the bowl in the refrigerator for ~30 minutes
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place back in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat – I usually make them in the evening and they are ready to go bright and early the next day! Enjoy!
