Chocolate Protein Yogurt Bowl


I firmly believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Lately, I have been intermittent fasting where I fast from 6PM until 10AM to improve digestion so when it’s finally time to eat, it better be good! I also do morning workouts (usually weight lifting) so protein is important. This bowl gets me the protein I need and fills me up until lunch!


1/2 cup greek yogurt (I used Dannon Greek)

2 scoops chocolate plant protein powder (I used Orgain)

1/4 cup water

5 chopped strawberries

1/4 cup blueberries

1/4 chopped nuts (I used honey roasted peanuts – not the healthiest choice 🙂


Mix yogurt, protein powder and water

Spinkle nuts, strawberries and blueberries over the top of the bowl and enjoy!
