Dark Chocolate Avocado Cake

Ingredients:

2 avocado

1-1/4 cup dark chocolate

1/4 cup processed honey roasted peanuts

1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Set your stove to low and melt chocolate
  2. Put peanuts in a food processor – process until you have little crumbles (be careful not to over-process)
  3. Rinse processor
  4. Add avocado to clean processor and process until it looks like pudding
  5. Combine avocado and dark chocolate
  6. Pour mixture into a bread ban and sprinkle on nuts
  7. Refrigerate for an hour before eating & enjoy!
