Skinny Turkey Buffalo Balls

DSC_0177.JPG_2Easy and delicious (per usual) and who doesn’t love buffalo sauce?!


1 lb of lean ground turkey

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot hot sauce

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp chili powder

1 egg


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and cover a cookie sheet in aluminum paper.
  2. Put all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix until completely mixed.
  3. Roll the meatballs into tablespoon (Makes about 15).
  4. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Brush off some of the excess fat with paper towels.
