Margaritas without the guilt. Yes, please! I love margaritas, especially spicy ones but rarely have them because of all the sugar. Well, that will be changing now that I have compiled this delish, pretty healthy marg!
1 .5oz tequila of choice
1oz light orange juice
1.5oz fresh lime juice (has to be fresh)
1tsp of agave nectar
4 slices of fresh, seeded jalapeno
Pink Himalayan salt for rimming (optional)
- Combine the lime juice, orange juice, agave, and tequila in a cocktail shaker and shake
- Strain the mixture over ice after rimming your glass with salt (if you’d like – I did not – I am super prone to bloating 😦 )
- Add 2-4 slices of jalapeno and a lime wedge and enjoy!
