Healthy Cookie Dough


I had my doubts about this cookie dough. I just didn’t think chickpeas would cut it. I was wrong, so very wrong. I am warning you now – this is addicting.


  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup agave
  • 1/4 cup flaxmeal
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


  1. Drain beans, rinse and dry
  2. Put all ingredients into the food processor except chocolate chips in  until smooth
  3. Stir in chips
  4. Cover leftovers and store in the fridge ( I prefer to refrigerate before eating)
