Chicken Stir Fry

IMG_8714I made this in about 15 minutes total. HELLO, quick and easy dinner!


1 bag of coleslaw

1 bag of cabbage

1 lb of chopped chicken

1/2 cup of roasted red tomatoes

3 teaspoons olive oil

Dash of garlic powder, salt, pepper


  1. Set the oven at medium high and add 3 teaspoons of olive oil
  2. Add chopped chicken and cook for about 7 minutes (little bit less than cooked all the way)
  3. Add in coleslaw, cabbage, garlic powder, salt and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes
  4. Add mix to a bowl, add in sliced peppers and enjoy!
