Turkey Burger Pizza

IMG_7970Burger and pizza, what more could you ask for? One that’s low cal and low carb of course. I love making this Burger Pizza during the week for a super quick and easy dinner, taking only 35 minutes to prep and bake. Serves 2-4 people.

Ingredients:

Crust:

1 lb ground turkey

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Your choice of toppings I went with:

Pizza sauce

Feta cheese

Sliced black olives

Sautéed red onion and mushrooms

Chopped spinach

Directions:

  1. Set the over to 400 degrees
  2. Mix turnkey and parmesan cheese in a bowl
  3. Cover 12” pizza pan with foil and spray with non-stick spray
  4. Spread Turney and cheese mix onto the pan and cook for 15 minutes (note, you will need to pour out any access oil that accumulates on and around the pizza – make sure to use a pan with a lip so it doesn’t spill over)
  5. Add your choice of toppings and place back in the over for about 5-10 minutes or when your cheese has melted
  6. Enjoy!
